Wanstead Fringe Comedy Night 2

Headlining is Terry Alderton, one of Britain’s most exhilarating live comedians. A Perrier Award nominee, Terry’s extraordinary mix of stand-up, characters, voices and fearless improvisation has made him a favourite at the Edinburgh Fringe and on television, with appearances including Live at the Apollo, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and The Royal Variety Performance.

Joining Terry are Tim Shishodia, winner of both Leicester Square Theatre’s New Comedian of the Year and Old Comedian of the Year competitions; Kirk Fontaine, whose inventive blend of stand-up and musical comedy has seen him write for BBC Radio; and Saban Kazim, a Comedy Store King Gong winner whose engaging storytelling has also been heard on BBC Radio.

Hosted by Arthur Smith – comedian, broadcaster, playwright and one of the pioneers of Britain’s alternative comedy movement. A former resident compère at The Comedy Store and one of the original stars of BBC’s Grumpy Old Men, Arthur’s razor-sharp wit and inspired improvisation make him one of the UK’s finest comedy hosts.
