Three Women, Three Stories. Follow the experiences of young Mary and Doreen as they prepare to give birth 150 miles away from home against the backdrop of World War Two. The two friends are evacuated to Willersley Castle, near Cromford, Derbyshire whilst friend Gladys remains in London. 4,000 mothers were evacuated to Willersley at this time. Join the three friends, in this heart-warming story, as they navigate difficult emotions and decisions.
Fanciful Flock Theatre will whisk you back in time for 45 minutes, with this female-led play based on the stories of real women.
