Local History Walk: Snaresbrook

Including the stories of important local buildings including Clock Court in Hermon Hill (former Merchant Seamans orphans Asylum) and The Crown Court (formerly Infant Orphan Asylum).

“History Walks” are returning after a popular first run in 2025 – this year, there are three walks to choose from focussing on different local areas: Central Wanstead, Snaresbrook and Aldersbrook & Blakehall Road. Each walk is free but ticketed and lasts approximately two hours.
