Use this form to contact us with questions about your order or fringe events.
Please read the following before submitting:
- Download tickets: If you have an account, you can download tickets from your orders page (PDF and Apple Wallet formats available)
- Where are my tickets: Following successful checkout, you’ll also receive tickets and an order summary by email – these may take a few hours to arrive (please also check your email spam folder)
- Refunds: Refunds will only be offered in the case of show cancellation or postponement.
- Exchanges: Where possible, exchange requests received at least 48 hrs prior will be considered (for an alternate date of the same show – availability permitting).
- Order issues: Check order details on your account page
- Event questions: For questions about a specific event, please contact the event organizer in the first instance (details at foot of every event listing page)
- Paper tickets: If you’d like to order tickets in person, look out for our stall at Wanstead Library!
Once you’ve submitted a question, our (small but mighty!) team of volunteers will get back to you as soon as possible.
