Fill in your event details once, then add each performance date below.

1 Event details

Your description will form the basis of the event listing on the Fringe website and in the printed programme. Please write it as you'd like it to appear (though we will probably need to edit it a bit).

Please tell us how many tickets you want to sell in total, and list each price band on a separate line. If the event is free, just say Free. Example:
Total capacity: 60
Adult: £10
Concession (OAP / student / under-18): £6
Child (under 12): Free

Event image: Please email a high-quality image (JPG or PNG, at least 1200px wide) to info@wansteadfringe.org with your event title in the subject line. Images cannot be attached to this form.
2 Venue
3 Performance dates

Each performance needs its own row. A run of five nights means five entries. You can add up to eight.

4 Ticketing

The Fringe will sell tickets on your behalf. You receive the full ticket price and customers pay a small booking fee on top.

5 Organiser details

The organiser name and email will be published alongside your event listing.

6 Terms and conditions

For 2026 we are inviting organisers of events to make a £40 contribution per PAID event to help cover Fringe costs such as publicity. We are a not-for-profit community interest company, and putting on the festival has considerable costs, so we do hope you will be willing to make a contribution. Having said that, including your event in the Wanstead Fringe is at our absolute discretion. If your event is not included you will not be expected to contribute.

By accepting these terms you explicitly accept that as organiser of the event, you are responsible for its safe and proper running, that you will conduct a risk assessment before the event and consider the need for event insurance. We always recommend having event insurance. Wanstead Fringe Community Interest Company is not responsible for your event.

You undertake that you have made best efforts regarding accuracy of details for your event, and agree that should the event be cancelled before it takes place you will take steps to let us know (best done by contacting Fringe organisers at info@wansteadfringe.org).

You also recognise that you have accepted our Privacy Policy (available at wansteadfringe.org/privacy-policy), and you consent to your details being held in accordance with GDPR regulations. You should note that the name of the organiser will be visible publicly.

You agree to follow the Wanstead Fringe safeguarding policy. You also accept that the Wanstead Fringe will share the details of your event with Wansteadium.com, on social media and with other publications, though not your private information.
